DAB is the central human capital development training and research arm of the Bangsamoro Government, attached to the Office of the Chief Minister. The DAB Portal is the Academy’s online home for its trainings, programs, activities, and services.

Who DAB trains
DAB trains the officials and employees of the Bangsamoro Government. Each ministry works with DAB on onboarding its new employees, and DAB's trainings count toward civil servants' training requirements.
Joining a training
Employees join through their office's invitation, or by asking to join their office on the portal. DAB staff and resource persons join by DAB's invitation.
