The official facilitator of Values Transformation Training for Bangsamoro Government employees, BDA schedules that training with the Academy and has delivered it with the Academy as its partner.

The Academy and BDA have worked together on values training for the Bangsamoro Government.
In June 2020, the Academy met BDA as a possible provider of character development in the onboarding training of new Bangsamoro Government employees, and the two named areas to work on: values transformation training, research projects, training needs assessments and module development. They met again in December 2020 ahead of signing their partnership.
In January 2021, the Academy, BDA and the Bangsamoro Leadership and Management Institute made an initial plan to work together on mapping human resources and capacities in the Bangsamoro.
In January 2022, BDA's pool of Values Transformation Training trainers in the Central Mindanao Region took a presentation skills enhancement training, with BDA's officers and the Values Transformation Training team as observers and advisers.
In July 2024, the Academy and BDA assessed the Values Transformation Training and Values Enhancement Training programmes, with feedback from the agencies that asked for them and insights from BDA's staff and facilitators.
