DAB's technical assistance has included strategic planning for BARMM offices, from a newly established office writing its first three-year plan to offices reviewing their year and planning the next. Its most recent planning workshops were run by its Center of Training and Assessment.

The technical documents that go with a plan, such as the programmes, plans and long-term procedural standards the Bangsamoro Youth Commission produced with DAB.
