DAB's executive coaching serves managerial staff. Since 2025 DAB has trained a pool of coaches within the Bangsamoro Government, and in 2026 it ran the Foundational Certification Course on Executive Coaching for Government Leaders.

Foundational Certification Course on Executive Coaching for Government Leaders, 27 April to 3 May 2026, General Santos City, run by the Center of Training and Assessment for executive directors, division chiefs and directors from the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD), the Office for Other Bangsamoro Communities and other ministries and offices.
